Processing Time
- All orders are processed with care to ensure the best quality.
- Standard processing time: 5-10 business days.
- Personalized or custom orders: May take 7-14 business days, depending on design and order volume.
- Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders or delays, we'll notify you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently ship within the United States and its territories.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.
- Please note that once your package has been handed to the carrier, Bechy's Creations is not responsible for delays or lost or damaged packages caused by the shipping service.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Please double-check your address before completing your order.
- We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may request to have it reshipped—additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and items so we can assist you.
- For lost packages, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
